It Is July Now

We are well and truly into the second half of the gaming year now. And we still have lots more to come, eve n though we’ve had some huge games in earlier 2010 (Heavy Rain, Bioshock 2, Final Fantasy XIII) but will their greatness be forgotten when the big games of late 2010 hit our shelves. Will our memories of previous greatness be plunged into the forgotten depths. Let us hope not, because some of these earlier games are easily contenders for game of the year. So let us hope that games like Call of Duty: Black Ops doesn’t cause people to forget about a title such as Heavy Rain.

Finally getting around to seeing Toy Story 3 today, very excited to be doing so. Waited this long because of its frustrating (and very logical) timing since it released as the school holidays started. Also very happy to be going to see it in 2D, because 3D can go die. I refuse to see it in 3D when the ultimately superior choice of 2D is offered to me. Its also cheaper, this makes me very happy.

Oh, also… my Super Mario Galaxy 2 review is slowly coming along. Kind of. A little. Its nearly done! Do not judge me, it is in progress.
